The Summer League event of the NBA is past its mid-way point which means that soon Playoffs will arrive. In this match, New Orleans Pelicans will take on Golden State Warriors More about NOP vs GSW Dream 11 will be given below.
Since the start of the Summer League, coaches have shuffled their lineups a number of times meaning that one can witness different combinations through different games. Wins and losses don’t play a huge role in determining lineups, this is a scouting area, and the players who can impress the coaching staff can earn contracts. For sophomores like Kira Lewis Jr., this is a chance to improve and train before the NBA regular season, while for players like Gary Payton II, this is an abode to get a regular contract. So, in summary, the Summer League means different things for different players and unlike the regular season, their positions in the roster are not affixed and most of the players here are without contracts.

Jonathan Kuminga (last match stats) Points: 18 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 02
1. Jonathan Kuminga Points: 18 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 02 Warriors selected Kuminga with the number 7 pick this year in hopes of filling holes of a weakened frontcourt in recent years. Kuminga is an athletic player and can be played both as Small Forward and Power Forward. He has decent dribbling skills and although his jumper is a work in progress, he has shown multiple scoring tools. His talent him a candidate as the Super-Player in the Dream11 Fantasy basketball scenario.
2. Kira Lewis Jr. Points: 22 Rebounds: 02 Assists: 02 Kira has a scorer’s mentality and his dribbling moves allow him to create shots both from beyond the arc and inside the paint. Lewis Jr. has developed a highly skilled game as a guard and he will be crucial in terms of bringing depth at the position for a Pelicans team that just lost Lonzo Ball.
3. Gary Payton II Points: 10 Rebounds: 08 Assists: 06 Payton is a gritty player who can chip in at both the offensive and defensive end. However, he has struggled to find stability in the league, bouncing from team to team for two-way contracts or short deals. This is like an audition for him and he will hope that someone acknowledges his multi-faceted game.
4. Trey Murphy III Points: 07 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 07 The Pelicans selected Murphy with the seventeenth pick in this year’s draft. Murphy is known as a “3-and-D” player, meaning he can shoot from long range and also shut down perimeter players. Trey has shown that he is more than a shooter and has put his rebounding and playmaking skills on the floor during the Summer League.
5. Moses Moody Points: 22 Rebounds: 03 Assists: 01 Like Kuminga, Moody is a rookie who the Warriors selected at the 14th spot. Moses has a wonderful off-the-ball game, he can hit transition pull-ups, uses hesitation moves to create space, and can also play as an athletic guard, slashing and catching lobs.
6. Naji Marshall Points: 16 Rebounds: 11 Assists: 05 Naji is an underrated player who looks like a hybrid of a guard and forward. He can play both off-the-ball and also use his handles to create space inside and outside. Marshall is also an incredible rebounder and can also act as a playmaker, especially in open court situations.
07. Jaquori McLaughlin Points: 14 Rebounds: 02 Assists: 04
08. David Di Leo Points: 11 Rebounds: 04 Assists: 01
