OKC vs PHI Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Oklahoma City Thunder will look to snap their two-game losing streak when they play Philadelphia 76ers in an NBA match at Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia, in Philadelphia, on Sunday night (IST).

Philadelphia 76ers extended their winning streak to four games after beating Indiana Pacers 120-96 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in the last match. with the win, they went 3-16 for the season and moved to fourth and within a game of 3rd placed Indiana Pacers.

Jimmy Butler stole the show for the Sixers as the former Minnesota Timberwolves star dropped a game-high 27 points. He was one of the six players who scored in the double digits for his team.

For Oklahoma City Thunder, it was nothing less than a shock as they were caught red-handed by a rejuvenated Los Angeles Lakers in the last game. The Thunder lost the match 128-138, despite the Showtime playing without their best player in LeBron James.

Paul George and Russell Westbrook had a good game though, scoring 27 points and 26 points respectively. The latter had a game-high 13 assists to his name while Steven Adams did a good job inside the pain as well, ramping up 17 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.

Thunder lost the match because they didn’t get any support from the 2nd unit. They had only 23 points from the 2nd unit while Lakers received a gigantic 61 points from their bench.

Regular Season Record-
Philadelphia 76ers:
W-30, L-16
Oklahoma City Thunder:
W-20, L-18

Players to watch out for:

Philadelphia 76ers:
Joel Embiid –
He is phenomenal, an indispensable part of this talented Sixers squad. The 24-year-old Cameroonian is by far the Sixers’ best player, averaging 26.9 points per game. Many players have won MVP for these sorts of numbers, but he may be unlucky to play in an era of James Harden, LeBron James, and Stephen Curry, to name a few. Still, too talented not to win something.
Jimmy Butler – Sixers are a force now, not only in the East but they are a danger for any team in the NBA. The signing of Jimmy Butler could be that final piece of the jigsaw which completes them. He may be racking up 19.0 points per game, but his contribution goes beyond mere numbers. The former Minnesota Timberwolves guard scored 27 points in the last match against Indiana Pacers.

Oklahoma City Thunder:
Paul George –
The former Indiana Pacers star is having one of his personal best seasons, dropping points at an incredible rate. The 28-year-old is averaging 26.6 points per game this season, which is by far his best numbers. Thunder are flying high in the table this season and much of the credit goes to this man. Westbrook struggled horrendously and it was him which dug the team out of the hole on many occasions.
Russell Westbrook – The 2017 NBA MVP seems to be getting back to his best. His sudden drop in quality is a puzzle which may not have an answer, but it was always a warning sign for other teams that Thunder were winning matches despite their best player hitting his top form. And now it looks like he is reaching towards his perch. In the last 10 games, the 30-year-old has dropped points at 25.2 points per game. A Good Omen for Thunder.

OKC vs PHI Dream11 Fantasy Team:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

Thunder suffered a shock loss last time around as they went down against a shorthanded Los Angeles Lakers. It was a blow for Russell Westbrook and Co and they should be hurt ahead of this match. But can they stop 76ers juggernaut? Or are they mentally ready to take an in-form Sixers.
Yes they can do and we back Thunder to win this match as Paul George’s team is too talented to lose two games in a row.
