PHI vs TOR Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Philadelphia 76ers will look to bury the ghost of the last match as they aim to get back to winning ways when Toronto Raptors face them in an NBA match at Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia, in Philadelphia, United States, on Wednesday morning (IST).

Philadelphia 76ers: Worth mentioning the 3rd quarter against Warriors
With a seven-point deficit at the half-time against Golden State Warriors, and both Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant flattering to come into their own, the end result was not auguring well for Philadelphia 76ers.

But the playoffs are still months away and a loss here and there in the regular season can only hurt a team so much. And if the negative result is against the Dubs, it’s hardly a chastening one and the teams are now just used to swallow the defeat-pill which Steve Kerr’s team hands out to the opponents in most of the games.

We all know how Warriors love to destroy teams in the 3rd quarter, their love affair with this particular time-period is still a mystery but the Sixers gave them a taste of their own medicines and put the game to put by winning it 42-26.

Superstar Joe Embiid:
He showed why he is an NBA All-Star. The big Cameronian was a real threat all day for the Warriors defensive unit. He scored 26 points and added 20 rebounds to his magnificent efforts.

Down to earth:
The win against Warriors gave them the worldwide praise. But the Sixers were brought down to earth by Sacramento Kings, beating them 115-108 at Golden 1 Center.

Toronto Raptors suffered three defeats in the four games prior to their meeting against the Los Angeles Clippers.

But the Eastern Conference giants got back to winning ways with a routine 121-103 win over Clippers in the last game. Kawhi Leonard topped the scoring charts for his team and scored 18 points in the match.

Regular Season Record-
Philadelphia 76ers:
W-34, L-19
Toronto Raptors:
W-38, L-16

Players to watch out for:

Philadelphia 76ers:
Joel Embiid –
He is now reaching at a level where only a few players of a particular generation can go. The 24-year-old has been picked up in the NBA All-Star as a starter which was no less than he deserved for his jaw-dropping performances this season. The Cameroonian is averaging 27.2 points per game.
Jimmy Butler – He may have been snubbed in the NBA All-Star team, but the former Minnesota Timberwolves superstar is a real deal on any given day. The 29-year-old guard is racking up the second best numbers for Sixers this season, averaging 18.9 points per game.

Toronto Raptors:
Kawhi Leonard –
The All-Star, Kawhi Leonard has made this team unbeatable at times. A threat to Golden State Warriors’ throne and it’s because Leonard is performing at a high level this season. The former San Antonio Spurs star is dropping 27.4 points per game this season.
Serge Ibaka –
Had a double-double in the last game as he scored 16 points and had 12 rebounds against Los Angeles Clippers. The 29-year-old Center is having one of the best seasons of his career and is averaging Raptors’ second-best numbers this season, 16.1 points per game.

PHI vs TOR Dream11 TEAM NEWS:
