RM vs RBB Dream11: In a revamped Copa de Rey competition, Real Madrid will face Bilbao Basket in the quarter-final at Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena on Thursday night (IST). Madrid will be aware of the threat posed by Bilboa and know they will have to be at the top of their game if they are to negotiate this round and qualify for the semifinals. Madrid are second in Liga ACB standings, one game behind Barcelona. Bilbao are in red-hot form and with the game set to be played at a neutral venue, they will also fancy their chances against a Madrid team that that its fair share of bad results on the road. Head-to-head:
This will only be the second meeting between these two teams this season. Bilbao won that fixture 82-81 courtesy of an over-time 5-4 win.
