De'Aaron Fox Domantas Sabonis Donte DiVincenzo SAC vs BOS Dream11

GSW vs BOS Dream11: Hello NBA fandom! How is the NBA fantasy treating you, surely, it is peaks and valleys with a lot of twists and turns in store for us fans! Well, this is the way the league has been since its inception. And now with the explosion of social media, the narrative has shifted dramatically as the players are in virtual contact with fans and check their accounts while a lot of chatter is exposed in the open. However, I am not concerned with the “spice” here, what interests me is how players and teams are doing with the Playoffs nearing as the Sacramento Kings and the Boston Celtics clash against one another.

The Kings have been struggling big-time again and this is not a story at this point as they keep on giving away advantages during most parts. Their offense can take a backseat, their defense has been awful since the beginning of the season and the firing of Luke Walton as the head coach makes less sense with each day.

On the other hand, the Boston Celtics have jumped a rank every week or so at this point and their elite defense has propelled them to a position of ascendancy. They have been the hottest team in the East since last month. Acquiring Sabonis has not changed the season’s trajectory for the squad as they keep on tumbling.

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

The Kings come into this game after losing a high-scoring affair 126:135 against the Bucks as Fox committed nine turnovers and Middleton along with Giannis combined for 68 points as the Kings defense had no answer

The above scoring line is rather a norm for the Kings, a team that has crumbled on the defensive end time and time again. It felt that getting Sabonis will increase the win count substantially but the results have been on the losing side. While Fox has contributed heavily as the scorer and playmaker, Sabonis has been hoarding points, boards, and assists, the wing position and the big Forward position haven’t been high-yielding scoring-wise. Meanwhile, the off-the-bench guard duo of DiVincenzo and Mitchell has done well but the defensive side remains a huge concern for the Kings team that surely needs a big boost at this point. So, will the coaching staff make some adjustments to the starting five because the combinations on the defensive end have not worked out?

Celtics proved a point as they beat Warriors 110:88 in the last game and limiting squads under 100 points has become a signature for the team as the squad limited Warriors to a mere 22% from beyond the arc

The Celtics were looking off-color till December but they have picked up their game since February especially as their defense has been the best in the league. Their strong perimeter defense coupled with the menacing frontline duo of Williams III and Horford has gotten it done more often than not. The rebounding is also strong with all players in the main five capable of notching boards and box-out. Scoring-wise, while the team is dependent heavily upon Jayson Tatum, the production of Smart as a playmaker and scorer has been welcoming too. Brown is an important part of the scheme both as a scorer and defender, Horford keeps the action going with screens and occasional scoring while Robert Williams III can grab big-time offensive rebounds. Grant Williams has done as a backup Forward while Derrick White despite his on-and-off shooting has been huge as a defensive guard off the bench while Pritchard has been doing okay as a shooter. Overall, the Celtics have elevated themselves on the defensive end and you have to keep a close look at them these days!
