SAC vs GSW Dream11: The NBA train keeps choo-chooing and we are well into the territory closer to the NBA Playoffs. The remaining few days will be huge for the teams that are looking to solidify their rankings, however, there is no catching up to the Phoenix Suns at this point while the Memphis Grizzlies have also built a great distance. Keeping that in mind, let us jump into the tussle between the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors.
The Kings have been out of the Play-in tournament for a while now and they have a long way to become a competitive roster at this level considering their continuous woes at the NBA level. The offseason will be huge for the team.
On the other hand, the Warriors have showcased vulnerabilities but somehow have hung on to the third spot, thanks to a hot start to the season. Despite a tough period, Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson have carried the hopes on the offensive end.

The Kings defeated the Rockets 123:117, registering their second-straight win against the squad as Harrison Barnes dropped 25 points.
At this point, it should be a wrap that Sabonis and Fox will not return this season. As is often the case, the Kings management has the work cut out. Despite staking their future after trading Tyrese Haliburton, the trade to bring Sabonis to the fore didn’t bring enough results. To be honest, sometimes it can take a lot of time to develop chemistry so the real litmus test for the Sabonis-Tyrese trade will be next season.
Apart from that, the Kings will need to bring in some more star power to assist the cause of Fox and Sabonis. The team’s defense has been awful for so many seasons that it has become every season’s story at this point. However, Davion Mitchell has shown the potential to become an elite defender while also being a reliable scorer and playmaker. Donte DiVincenzo can also add to the defensive and all-around game but the team will need some type of defensive anchor(like Dorian Finney-Smith) to catch up to the bigger teams.
The Warriors completed a 20+ points comeback against the Jazz, winning 111:107 as Poole scored 31 and Thompson caught fire and dropped 36 points
The Warriors have lost 80% of their last ten games but the last game brought some promise. Poole and Thompson have shown the ability to score big-time points and if Draymond Green’s defense will be crucial moving ahead. Andrew Wiggins is a two-way presence and he has gotten done it more often than not. Otto Porter Jr. has given a more than a decent dose of rebounding and has been remarkable off the bench.
However, the Warriors will surely need to eke out a big winning run from here without Stephen Curry in the picture. They have to be ready for the intensity of the Playoffs and they do have the tools at the Playoffs level. Yeah, things have been all sunshine these days but one of the major reasons why I have a belief in this team is that they have a wealth of shot creators, and defenders, and with Draymond Green as the anchor, the team still have a chance to make a Postseason run.
