Aiden Kyle Markram

Aiden Markram is a South African player who was the skipper of the South Africa U-19 cricket team when the team won the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He made his first-class debut for Northerns cricket team against South Western Districts and he was then included in the Northern cricket team squad for playing in the 2015 Africa T20 World Cup. He was bestowed with Domestic Newcomer of the Year at Cricket South Africa’s annual awards in May 2017 and in August 2017, he was named in the Nelson Mandela bay Stars’ squad for the opening edition of the T20 Global League.

- When he made his ODI debut against India as an injury replacement of Faf du Plessis in 2018.
- South Africa won the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup for the first time under his captaincy.
