  • Rayudu has had temperamental issues in the past and he had an altercation with the then Hyderabad coach Rajesh Yadav, after which he shifted his base to Andhra.
  • After winning an IPL match, Rayudu was seen passing comments on Harshal Patel after which Patel tried to counter him before being stopped by Virat Kohli.
  • After joining the rebel India Cricket league in 2007, Rayudu was banned by the BCCI for two years before being awarded amnesty in 2009.
  • In 2005, during his Ranji Trophy days, Rayudu was involved in a scuffle with Hyderabad player Arjun Yadav, in which he was attacked by Yadav with a stump.
