Ebadot Hossain is a young quick who broke into the Bangladesh National Cricket Team recently. Before pursuing cricket career, Ebadat used to play as a professional volleyball for Bangladesh Air Force but made transit to cricket.

Ebadot Hossain made his first-class debut in the year 2016-17 National Cricket League for Sylhet Division on 25th September 2016. Then in the same year on 8, May 2017 came his List A debut for Mohammedan Sporting Club in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League. In 2017-18 Bangladesh Premier League he made his T20 debut while playing for Rangpur Riders where he was the leading wicket-taker for Central Zone with 13 dismissals in six matches.
In 2018-19 Bangladesh Cricket League while playing for North Zone, he took his maiden ten-wicket match haul in first-class cricket. And in August 2019, he got selected as one of 35 cricketers in a training camp ahead of a=Bangladesh 2019-20 season.

Ebadot Hossain serves in Bangladesh Air Force and it’s been more than five years now. The 25-year old Bangladesh fast bowler is a part of Bangladesh AIR Force since 2014. And his signature salute after every wicket is a tribute to the Air Force of his country.
