Shadman scored his first List A century in May 2017, while playing for Abahani Limited in the 2016-17 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League. Later, at Bangladesh Cricket League in 2017-18, he was the leading run-scorer for Central Zone. In the league, he scored 500 runs in just six matches.

He was again named in the squad for 2018-19 Bangladesh Premier League where he played from Chittagong Vikings team. Then again in 2018-19 National Cricket League, he was the leading run-scorer with 648 runs in six matches. Simultaneously, he was once again a leading scorer for Shinepukur Cricket Club in the 2018-19 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League tournaments, with 379 runs in 8 matches.
He was one of the 35 cricketers named in a training camp ahead of Bangladesh’s 2019-20 season in August 2019.
