The ‘Googly-master’ of Pakistan cricket team, Yasir Shah made his first-class debut in February 2002 but had to wait for nine years to play his first international cricket. But after only an ODI and two T20s he was again vanished, seemingly forgotten forever. However, he made an extraordinary comeback when the Pakistani team was facing a crisis in the form of Saeed Ajmal who got banned for chucking in 2014.

Yasir then not just grabbed the golden opportunity but made everyone forget the absence of Ajmal. His 12 wickets in the debut series at an average of just over 17.00 which helped Pakistan shattering Australia with a series win of 2-0, established his strong position in the team.
