TKR vs JAM Dream11 Prediction: Amid the global pandemic of COVID-19, Caribbean Premier League has come as a great relief for the cricket fans all over the world. Yes, most of the matches have remained low-scoring and one-sided but with only couple of venues on offer, pitches are bound to get tired. Teams would want to make this as a memorable edition with a blockbuster finish in the knock-outs. Trinbago Knight Riders will lock horns with Jamaica Tallawahs in the first semi-final at Tarouba today. We will preview the match in our Dream11 fantasy cricket.
Trinbago Knight Riders have been ruthless in the group stages by sweeping all their 10 matches. They have enough depth in their squad and back-ups for every department. In the last group match against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, they were on a demolition project. Fawad Ahmed and Akeal Hosein ensured that no one from the Patriots could get their eyes in. Their domination was such that St Kitts and Nevis Patriots ended their innings without a single boundary, a first time in CPL history. They were bundled out for a mere 77 runs. Tion Webster guided the easy chase with a composed innings of 41 runs.
On the other hand, Jamaica Tallawahs have promised a lot but have failed to convert it into the points. They do have some world-class T20 performers up their sleeves none the less. In the last group match, they had to face a defeat at the hands of St Lucia Zouks. Bowling first, all the bowlers were among the wickets but spinners Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Sandeep Lamichhane were the pick of them as St Lucia Zouks were restricted to 145 runs. In reply, Glenn Phillips again delivered for Jamaica with an innings of 49 but others departed before playing the supportive hand. No contributions from Andre Russell eventually meant that Zouks took the match by 11 runs.
In head-to-head comparisons, both the teams have been equally good against each other over the years. Both have 8 wins each from 16 matches played between them. However, Trinbago Knight Riders have ensured one-way traffic in the last 5 matches including both the wins this year too.
Thunderstorms are forecast for today in Tarouba and some clear spells are also there on radar. We may get enough time to constitute a match today looking at the overall predictions. Last week’s pitches here at The Brian Lara Stadium were more batting-friendly but there will still be significant assistance for the slower bowlers.

It will be a huge surprise if we see any results apart from a TKR win today. As per our Dream11 predictions, Trinbago Knight Riders are primed to win this semifinal against Jamaica Tallawahs. TKR are very much dominant all through the season and Jamaica Tallawahs will need a herculean effort from their premier match-winners to cause an upset.
