After securing a win by 151 runs over England at the Lord’s Stadium, Team India will be looking to pile further pressure at the hosts in Leeds. Virat Kohli and his men will be all charged up, especially after things intensified between the two sides in the previous Test. As for England, they will have to perform more as a unit, rather than just relying on Joe Root and James Anderson to do the business, if they are to stand a chance of coming back in the series. With three more Tests to be played, a result for either side here could turn out to be pivotal in the grand scheme of things.
Fixture Name: 3rd Test, England vs India
Date: 25 August, Wednesday
Time: 3:30 PM (IST)
Ground: Headingly Carnegie
Team Form Guide (Tests):
England: LDL
India: WDL
The wicket at Headingly is expected to be good for fast bowling. However, once the batsmen apply themselves, it can lead to quite a few runs. With expectations of the pitch going dry in the latter half of the match, the spinners could also be brought into action.

Joe Root has been the player of the series so far. With a fifty and two hundreds to his name, the England captain can cause the Indian bowlers some problems yet again.
James Anderson is the usual suspect from England who can be among the wickets. The veteran fast bowler has picked up nine wicket from the two Tests so far.
KL Rahul has been the man in form with the bat for India. The specialist opener played a sublime knock of 127 in the previous Test and has looked ever so confident with his strokes.
Jasprit Bumrah can prove to be lethal with the ball in hand. Bumrah with 12 wickets in the series so far, has also proven to be handy with the bat, and can have a vital role to play here as well.
