DAL vs OKC Dream11: NBA has moved into the midseason window and well, some teams continue to struggle while others keep finding their groove. Considering this you must also remember that at the end of the day, building a solid roster is a must before the season. Because see, you can get versatile results throughout the seasons, but finding a fit is important. Anyway, let us jump into this game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Oklahoma City Thunder in this Western Conference match-up.
Mavericks had a terrific month of January, winning most of their games. They won more than 75% of their games in January and they continued to leave an impression on the defensive end. Luka Doncic has been a huge factor on the offensive end but yes with Porzingis out and Hardaway Jr. has gone too, they will need more from Luka.
Oklahoma City Thunder has been having another tough season. And of course, with the inexperienced team and a poor offensive squad, this is not a surprise. Now, the team will play without their leading scorer Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, they are sure to struggle a lot without him.

Mavericks: Porzingis and Hardaway Jr. absence can hurt them Kristaps Porzingis has not played for some time. He provides high-quality scoring, rebounding, and some dazzling defense too. With him gone, the Centre position is exposed in terms of offense and well, the overall team balance has been disturbed. The team still has Kleber, Finney-Smith, Powell, and Chriss, they can still cover some bases but yes, the stretch-four/five abilities of Porzingis are missing from the fray. However, the loss of Tim Hardaway Jr. can hurt the team because it shakes the balance of the team.
Doncic is still there and as long as he is there, he can function as an all-around option. Luka has been doing well into closing games and with him, the Mavericks can do a great job of eking out clutch games. Jalen Brunson can act as the playmaker and can help out with periodic scoring too with his superb mid-range game. Now, Josh Green will have to pick his game up and if he does, that can help out the team big-time. Can the Mavericks eke out wins with Porzingis and Hardaway absent from the fray here? Well, against the Thunder you’d think so.
Thunder: Young and inexperienced Thunder has been struggling all season long and most of their problems come on the offensive end. Defensively, the team has done well but offensively, Thunder has been one of the worst outfits in the league. Their perimeter shooting has been struggling to find the rhythm and with Dort, Giddey, Wiggins, Mann, and Wiggins, not clicking from long-range more often than not. Dort has shown slight improvements from the perimeter but he can be even better and with Shai gone, the load upon him will increase.
As the rebounding squad, the team has found a lot from rebounding from Giddey, also becoming a better scorer. Dort and Giddey can perform the job of producing offense while if Bazley improves at the big Forward position, then it can be a big boost. Well, defensively, I believe the Thunder can pull through but offensively, they are having huge troubles. Overall, the team will get hurt on the offensive end but this can be an opportunity for someone like Giddey who can be more of an enforcer.
