OKC vs SAC DREAM11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Two Western Conference teams will be squaring off against each other when Sacramento Kings play host to Oklahoma City Thunder in an NBA match at Golden 1 Center, in Sacramento, California, on Tuesday morning (IST).
Sacramento Kings:
Sacramento Kings have a relatively decent season up until now if we compare their current standing with where they finished the last seaosn. At the moment, Kings are 11th in the West, level on wins with Houston Rockets who are on 8th coming into this match. So in a sense, this could be a very good opportunity for the hosts to sneak into the top-8 if they manage a win against Oklahoma City Thunder in this match.
In terms of form, Kings were on a two-game road trip and ended up losing both the matches., While they have a positive home record this season, winning four times in the seven home games so far. So the home team could spring a surprise if they are able to play at their full potential.
Oklahoma City Thunder:
Oklahoma City Thunder have recovered from their bad start to the new campaign where they lost their first four games. The start was also a reality check for the team as that period was an opportunity to show the world that Thunder are not a one-man team as Russell Westbrook had to sit out the few opening games through injury. But sadly that was not the case.
In the last 13 games, Thunder have won 12 and that one defeat came against the unlikeliest opponent in Dallas Mavericks.
However, Thunder have risen to 3rd in the table and are only two wins away from catching up the biggest perch, i.e. Golden State Warriors.
Regular Season Record- Sacramento Kings: W-8, L-8 Oklahoma City Thunder: W-10, L-5
Players to watch out for:
De’Aaron Fox – He has been consistent so far for Kings this season. He is only 20 but is playing like a seasoned-player as he is leading the scoring charts for this team, dropping 19.0 points so far. He is also 7.0 assists per game this season, the highest for his team in the 2018-19 campaign.
Buddy Hield – The 24-year-old is the 2nd best player for Sacramento Kings this season, scoring 18.8 points per game in the 2018-19 regular season.
Paul George – Oklahoma City Thunder were expected to struggle in the absence of Russell Westbrook, something which was the case at the start of the campaign as well. But Paul George is coming into is own recently, scoring in the 30s in the last three games. The former Indiana Pacers is a man in magnificent form and should be your star player in this game. Dennis Schroder – Big things were expected of him since he made his switch from Atlanta Hawks in the off-season, and the 25-year-old has done justice to his big move so far. He is dropping 16.7 points per game this season.
