Nangarhar Leopards will miss the services of Andre Russell again tonight, against Kabul Zwanan in a Afghanistan Premier League tie. The Windies all-rounder, Russell was expected to play the third game for Nangarhar Leopards but is yet to arrive at Sharjah.
Standing in for Russell, Ben Cutting has led the team with conviction so far, although they have lost one fixture out of the two. Ben Cutting fielded an unchanged team in the second game Paktia and is most likely to come out with the same combination again. The skipper and Zahir Khan have been the stars for the side after two games. The bowling department has been excellent but the batsmen need to step up for them to return to winning ways.
Nangarhar Leopards Probable XI: Najeeb Tarakai, Johnson Charles, Anton Devcich, Rahmat Shah, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Shafiqullah Shafiq (wk), Ben Cutting (c), Mitchell McClenaghan, Naveen-ul-Haq, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Zahir Khan
