AUS v ENG: Australia and England are locking horns in the second Test of Ashes 2021-22, which is also a pink-ball Test, in Adelaide. After thumping visitors by 9 wickets in the first Test match, Australia has so far dominated the Joe Root-led side in the ongoing second Test.
Nothing has been going right for England in the Ashes 2021-22 so far. While they are struggling to make an impact with their performances, they have also been docked eight WTC points and 100% of their match fees for maintaining a slow over-rate in Gabba Test.
With England opting for four pacers in the ongoing second Ashes Test 2021-22, they might be well aware of the over-rate. However, to take over-rate out of the equation, pacer Ollie Robinson was seen bowling off-spin.
It was during 35th over of Australia’s second innings on Day 4 of the pink-ball Test when the right-arm pacer was seen bowling off-spin for his team.

Batting first, Australia on account of Marnus Labuschagne’s century and ’90s by Steve Smith and David Warner posted a mammoth first innings total of 473 runs on the board. In repose, English batters yet again struggled with Australian bowlers and were bundled out for just 236 runs in their first innings, giving hosts a big lead of 237 runs.
Australia opted against enforcing the follow-on and batted in the second innings, even though they have lost half of their side for just over 140 runs, they are in a comfortable position and have the lead of more than 380 runs. It remains to be seen when the hosts will declare.
