The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been called off due to the Coronavirus outbreak. As a result of the big call recently made, the semi-finals between Multan Sultan and Peshawar Zalmi, as well as Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, will no longer be conducted as scheduled for later today.
Though the previous few fixtures in the PSL were held behind closed doors, the league has followed the same route as the rest of the cricketing world in suspending play as per orders. Cricketing events such as the Australia-New Zealand series, followed by England's tour to Sri Lanka, and the Indian Premier League (IPL) which was scheduled for March 23 have all been put on halt by the respective governing officials.
