The massive breaking news is that the India vs West Indies 2nd T20I encounter is now scheduled to begin at 11 PM IST. Doordarshan Sports who are the official broadcasters for the India tour of West Indies 2022 have posted on Twitter that the start of the second T20I game between West Indies and India has once again been delayed. The toss will now take place at 10:30 PM IST. However, the reason of this further delayed start is still not clear as the Cricket West Indies (CWI) had earlier released an official statement regarding a significant delay in the teams’ luggage arriving at the Warner Park in Basseterre, St Kitts.

“Due to circumstances beyond CWI’s control, there have been significant delays in crucial team luggage arriving into St Kitts from Trinidad. As a result, today’s match 2nd Goldmedal T20 Cup match is due to start at 12:30 pm (11:30am Jamaica/10pm India). CWI regrets any inconvenience caused to our valued fans, sponsors, broadcast partners and all other stakeholders,” said an official statement from Cricket West Indies.
