GT Playing 11: After two demeaning losses which put a halt to the winning run of Hardik Pandya-led side, the Gujarat Titans have once again regained momentum with a tremendous win over Lucknow Super Giants in the last game. In their next match of Tata IPL, they will square off against a depleted Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
After two straight losses, Gujarat’s momentum took a toll, but a win over LSG redefined them and help them cruise into the playoffs with ease. Gujarat Titans are the first team to enter the Playoffs and they would want to win all their remaining games to gain momentum ahead of the playoffs.
Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings have collided against each other only once. In their only meeting, Titans defeated Super Kings by 3 wickets in their last meeting at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on 17th April.

Changes worked well for the Titans in the last game. Gujarat Titans underwent three changes in their eleven against LSG. They brought in Tash Dayal, Ravi Sai Kishore, and Matthew Wade into the lineup and it paid dividends. Well, the changes won’t be persistent for the Titans especially heading into the playoffs, but as of now they may stick to the same level for this game and give Wade and Sai Kishore a few more matches before benching them for the Playoffs.
