Who won today’s IPL match?: Gujarat Titans locked horns with Delhi Capitals in match 10 of IPL 2022 at MCA Stadium in Pune. Gill carried his bat till the 18th over and crucial knocks by David Miller (20*) and Rahul Tewatia (14) helped the Ahmedabad-led franchise post a total of 171 runs on the board. For DC, Mustafizur was the pick of the bowlers and returned with the figures of 3/23.

Chasing the target, Delhi Capitals had a horrendous start as GT skipper Hardik Pandya and Lockie Ferguson combined to pick three wickets inside the power play in Prithvi Shaw (10), Tim Seifert (3) and Mandeep Singh (18) to leave DC tottering at 34/3. After that skipper, Rishabh Pant and Lalit Yadav steadied DC’s ship but an unfortunate run out saw the latter back in the hut for 25 runs and the skipper to was out for 43 runs. Mohammad Shami then took two wickets in the 18th over and won the match for his side. Ferguson starred with the ball and returned with the figures of 4/28 as GT won the match by 14 runs.

The right-arm pacer gave his team a perfect start as he removed Prithvi Shaw and Mandeep Singh in the same over and left the opposition tumbling at 34/3. He then returned and took two crucial wickets in Rishabh Pant, who was going great guns, and Axar Patel to almost seal his side the victory. He returned with the figures of 4/28 and was the main architect behind his team’s win.
