The Corona Virus situation is getting rather serious day by day. The World Health Organisation has declared the disease as a “Pandemic” and more countries are pursuing a lockdown.
People are all set for some quarantine time and this is the situation not only for common public but even celebrities have to follow quarantine as instructed by their governments.
In this tough period of quarantine, people are having to spend time indoors to stay safe from the Virus. Being indoors gives them the best chance of not being affected. As it is the right thing to do, any form of cricket has been suspended until situation brightens and hence the ICC Twitter handle had to come up with interesting tweets to keep its fans and followers engaged.
In such an attempt to get the fans interested, ICC tweeted – The Isolation Game. In that, it showed a list of activities that a person might be doing with a cricketer for a particular number of hours based on various aspects like their month of birth, last digit of phone.
Fans commented what they got according to the rules posted by ICC. Meanwhile Herschelle Gibbs went out of the box and chose to head to the gym which wasn’t among the options mentioned.
The former South African opener got Virat Kohli because of his birth month being February but tweeted he would go toe to toe in the gym with Virat Kohli.
Earlier Herschelle Gibbs was also mentioned in an earlier tweet by official ICC Twitter handle when they asked who among the 4 mentioned was the best pull shot player. The list had Gibbs along with Virat Kohli, Ricky Ponting and Sir Vivian Richards.
Truly an elite list to be part of for the former Protea batsman. But the man himself admitted that he admired Punter's pull shot and opined that that was the best pull shot in the game.
