Quinton de Kock Highest Score in IPL by a batsman: The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have definitely impressed both the fans and the experts with the brand of cricket they have played so far in their debut Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) season. In a high-pressure T20 tournament, the KL Rahul-led LSG team has went on to register as many as 8 really hard-fought victories. In the today IPL match, the Lucknow Super Giants are facing the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai.

While playing for the Lucknow Super Giants, opener Quinton de Kock delivered a staggering performance with the bat against Kolkata Knight Riders. The southpaw batter looked in a remarkable touch during his sensational unbeaten innings of 140 runs off just 70 balls that included 10 sixes and as many fours. This was also the third highest individual score by a batsman in the history of the Indian Premier League.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the Lucknow Super Giants opening pair of Quinton de Kock and KL Rahul batted amazingly well to put up a mammoth first innings total of 210 for no loss in 20 overs. LSG skipper KL Rahul led his side from the front with an impressive unbeaten innings of 68 runs off 51 deliveries. Quinton de Kock smashed his second century in the Indian Premier League history.
