IND Playing 11: The BCCI has retained its faith on the T20 side which toured Ireland for two T20Is and clean swept the hosts 2-0 for the 1st T20I against England. Hardik Pandya, who was prolific with the way he led the boys in Ireland, won’t be the skipper this time around as the regular skipper Rohit Sharma is back at the helm of things and will be taking the charge.
He is the only addition made to the squad for the 1st T20I to the unit that toured Ireland. Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant who are a part of the Test squad will be slotted into the the T20I squad from the second game which will be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham.
That being said, how the Indian team would line up for the first T20I on July 7 at the Rose Bowl in Southampton against Jos Buttler’s England? Let’s take a look.
