Ishan Kishan: The series read 2-1 with India’s win in the 2nd T20I sandwiched between England’s win in the first and third T20I match respectively. But one stats remain unblemished and the “Toss” takes that title, for the team fielding first has won every single game in the series so far. But beyond the toss, there’s a sad part. The team batting first has failed miserably to put up a daunting total, with the bowlers in the 2nd inning, for some weird reasons, not able to defend the target or even force the chasing team into making mistakes.
Will India Make Changes Ahead Of IND vs ENG 4th T20I?
Ishan Kishan: India have made two changes ahead of the IND vs ENG 4th T20I match. Ishan Kishan picked up a knock in the last game and is forced to sit out the 4th T20I match. One more change in the Indian playing 11 as Yuzvendra Chahal makes way for Rahul Chahar. Here is what Virat Kohli said about those two changes:
“One forced change and one to give an opportunity: Rahul Chahar is going to get a chance to play in place of Yuzvendra Chahal. And Ishan Kishan has a niggle from when he dived at fine leg the other night so Suryakumar Yadav comes in for him.”
If the toss defines the game in this series, or the trend is to continue then there’s a piece of bad news for India and Indian cricket fans as England captain Eoin Morgan has once again won the toss and opted to field first. India will have to make do with the decision and put up a good total. The series is one the line for Virat Kohli and his men.
