Yuzvendra Chahal India vs South Africa Dream11

Yuzvendra Chahal India vs South Africa: Team India continued their brilliant run at home with another comprehensive 8-wicket victory in the opening T20I encounter against South Africa. The Men in Blue restricted the visiting South African side to a below par total of 106 for 8 and then chased down the target quite convincingly to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20I series. India will now be locking horns with South Africa in the second T20I game on 2 October, 2022 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.

IND vs SA: Is Yuzvendra Chahal Playing Today’s India vs South Africa 2nd T20I? Here’s the update

The Indian team management have been a lot flexible with their playing combination in accordance with the line-up of the opposition side as seen in the last few months. During the last game against South Africa, senior off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin returned to the India playing XI in place of premier leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal as the opposite team had as many as three left-hand batsmen in their top-order. Ashwin bowled quite well while giving away just 8 runs in his four overs that also included a maiden but couldn’t pick up a wicket.

The Rohit Sharma-led Indian team are very much likely to stick with the same playing combination in the second T20I against the Proteas on Sunday. Therefore, Chahal will once again have to warm the bench.
