The performances of Indian women team in the last 4-5 years have brought back interest of the cricket fans into the women cricket. In the 2017 ODI World Cup and 2020 T20 World Cup, Indian team emerged as the runner up. This has certainly helped them to increase brand value and remunerations by BCCI.
Grade A
The likes of Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur are the consistent performers in international circuit and have a Grade A annual Contract. The players in this category receives salary of 50 lakhs from BCCI. While both the players have a net worth of around 30 Crores. The other 3 in this list are Poonam Yadav, and Deepti Sharma and Rajeshwari Gayakwad. The players like Deepti Sharma and Rajeshwari Gayakwad were promoted to Grade A in 2022 after their superlative contributions for the last few years.

Grade B
The top cricketers in the Group B with a salary of 30 Lakhs are the most experienced cricketers, Mithali Raj and Jhulan Goswami. The other players in this list are Pooja Vastrakar, Tania Bhatia, and Shafali Verma. The fast bowler and a handy batter, Vastarakar was promoted to the Group B this year.

Grade C
The players in the Grade C category receives remuneration of 10 Lakhs as an annual salary from the BCCI. In this list are, Punam Raut, Shikha Pandey, Jemimah Rodrigues, Sneh Rana, Harleen Deol, Richa Ghosh, Arundhati Reddy. The likes of Shikha Pandey and Jemimah Rodrigues were not named in 2022 World Cup squad and were demoted to Grade C. While, Sneh Rana was a new entrant in the Grade C category.
