CSK’s Ruturaj Gaikwad relationship with Sayali Sanjeev: Cricket and Bollywood are two of the most talked professions in the world right now and there have been many such instances of cricketers dating famous Bollywood stars. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener Ruturaj Gaikwad has performed impressively well in the last two editions of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The right-handed Maharashtra batsman has become a popular name due to his recent performances in the IPL for CSK.

With the recent edition of the IPL getting indefinitely suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak, Ruturaj is quite active on social media. He posted a comment on Instagram complementing Marathi actress Sayali Sanjeev for her recent picture on social media. The comment went abuzz on the social media and all such reports of the couple possibly dating started to overflow on the internet.

But just after the comment on Sayali’s photo, Ruturaj Gaikwad cleared all the rumors by his following Instagram story. Gaikwad made a comment stating that “only bowlers could take his wicket and that too clean bowled.”

“Only bowlers could take my wicket, that too clean bowled. Not anyone else. And whoever wanted to understand, have understood”, said Ruturaj Gaikwad in his Instagram story.

Will Ruturaj Gaikwad get a chance in SL vs IND series?

Ruturaj Gaikwad smashed three remarkable back-to-back half-centuries in the previous edition of the IPL played in the UAE for the Chennai Super Kings. The CSK opener continued his smashing form in IPL 2021 as well scoring wonderful fifties against against Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad. He scored a total of 196 runs in 7 matches. Ruturaj Gaikwad has also performed impressively well for Maharashtra across formats at the domestic level and therefore, he will be in the radar of the national selectors for the upcoming white-ball tour to Sri Lanka scheduled in July. With star players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma missing due to their involvement in the World Test Championship final and Test series against England, Ruturaj might get his maiden call-up to the India side for the white-ball series against Sri Lanka.
