KKR Playing 11: Kolkata Knight Riders have somehow managed to keep themselves alive in the race to Playoffs with a win over Mumbai Indians in their last fixture. The Knight Riders will now collide against Sunrisers Hyderabad in yet another do-or-die game at the MCA Stadium in Pune on Saturday evening.
More or less, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders are drooling over a similar fate. Both are still hanging on a nail and knocking at the door of the playoff. A win for Sunrisers will take them closer to the top 4, whereas, a loos for KKR will shut the Playoffs door for them.

Has KKR finally found their perfect combination? Kolkata Knight Riders have struggled to form the opening partnership throughout the competition. In their last game against MI, KKR went back to the drawing board by picking up both Ajinkya Rahane & Venkatesh Iyer in the last game. The two men gave KKR a decent start and it seems like the team management will stick with Rahane and Venkatesh at the top.
Pat Cummins not available for the remainder of IPL. Aussies Test captain Pat Cummins has been ruled out of the remainder of the season due to a hip injury. If Umesh Yadav is fit he will replace Cummins in the eleven.

If Umesh Yadav is fit he might return to the eleven for Cummins. Or else, Sam Billings can replace Cummins in the eleven, and one between Harshit Rana or Shivam Mavi could come in for Sheldon Jackson.
