The Shreyas Iyer-led side has displayed staggering performances in all three departments so far in the three games they have played. Their lineup is only going to get stronger as ace pacer Pat Cummins will available for their fixture against Mumbai Indians while his Australian teammate Aaron Finch will be considered for selection later as he is yet to arrive in India.

The Australian Test skipper landed in India a few days ago and underwent three days of quarantine before joining the rest of his teammates for a net session. KKR’s head coach Brendon McCullum also confirmed his availability for the next match.

Cummins was recently engaged in Test series against Pakistan and could’ve only been available after 6th April. As Cricket Australia’s contracted players can’t play in any other league if the team is engaged in national assignments.

Heading into the match against Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders will have all the players available except Aaron Finch, who is playing against Pakistan and is yet to arrive in India.
