In a massive moment, former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli continued his dismal form in IPL 2022 as he was dismissed for a golden duck during the first over of the match against Lucknow Super Giants. For the LSG side, right-arm speedster Dushmantha Chameera got his team off to an excellent start by removing both Anuj Rawat and Kohli in a single over. While talking about Virat’s dismissal, Chameera bowled in the fifth stump line to force the right-hander play straight into the hands of the backward point fielder. This is the first golden duck for Virat Kohli since 2017 in the Indian Premier League.

Lucknow Super Giants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore Live Score

After losing the toss and being asked to bat first, things have not started really well for the Royal Challengers Bangalore as they ended up losing three big wickets in the first six overs of the powerplay. The trio of Anuj Rawat, Virat Kohli and Glenn Maxwell were dismissed early after which Suyash Prabhudessai also failed to contribute much with the bat.
