The fast bowler Harshal Patel becomes the third RCB bowler to take a hat-trick during the Match 39 of IPL 2021 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians. It was quite exciting match, with both the team requiring a crucial win to make their case strong for the playoffs. Although it was a good effort from the Mumbai Indians bowlers to contain 166, but their batters could not respond well and lost the game by 55 runs.
Harshal has been very impressive this season, this has been his season with the ball totally. He is the leading wicket taker and with such a huge margin. Patel picked up a hattrick in this one, and he did it with so ease. He picked 4 wickets in this match, and now has 23 wickets to his name in the IPL.

Harshal got his first victim as Hardik Pandya, who mistimed a slower ball of his, and threw away his wicket. Second one was Pollard, who got bowled on the leg stump, after pushing forward for the shot, but clearly missed it hitting. Third one was a plumb lbw of Adam Milne, who just couldn’t get through this good ball, and just fell for it.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore team will finally be happy after getting a much-needed win in their 10th fixture of IPL 2021 against Mumbai Indians. Now they are positioned 3rd in the points table with 5 wins, and need 1-2 wins to confirm their qualification for the playoffs.
The duo of Virat and Bharat provided a strong foundation to the team in first 10 overs. Then Glenn Maxwell was brilliant with his ball-striking which propelled them to a par score of 166. Then the bowlers, Siraj, Chahal, and Harshal Patel were quite impressive to help the team to win by a good amount of runs.
