SRH Playing 11: Sunrisers Hyderabad will be facing a strong and confident Mumbai Indians in the 9th match of the IPL 2021 here at Chennai. SRH have had a disappointing start to their campaign losing both their matches so far. Particularly, the loss to RCB in the last game would have hurt them the most as they were dominating the game for most part of the match. Over the years, both these teams have played 16 games against each other in which both have won 8 games each. In the last season where most teams struggled to defeat Mumbai, Sunrisers got past Mumbai in the last league fixture. A win here would give the Sunrisers much needed confidence.

Kane Williamson is unlikely to be fit as he continues his recovery from elbow injury. Jason Roy completed his quarantine on Friday but he seems unlikely to be included in the final eleven. Here is how their eleven could be shaped up for this match:

SRH Playing 11 (likely)

D Warner (C)
W Saha (wk)
M Pandey
J Bairstow
V Shankar
J Holder
A Samad
R Khan
B Kumar
S Nadeem
T Natarajan

With Warner returning back to form, it gives Sunrisers a much needed boost at the top. Bairstow can be a dangerous batsman in the middle order and he will be the key here. Bowling has always been their strength and Rashid Khan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be leading the attack once again.
