PSL 2023: Pakistan Super League, founded in 2015, has since become one of the most popular cricket leagues in the world. The league consists of six teams representing different cities in Pakistan and runs annually, usually in February and March. The PSL not only provides a platform for local cricketers to showcase their talent but also attracts some of the biggest names in international cricket. The league has helped to revive international cricket in Pakistan and has been successful in promoting the sport in the country.

The eighth season kicks off today with the Multan Sultans taking on the Lahore Qalandars in Multan. Multan and Karachi will host the first round of games while Lahore and Rawalpindi will host the second set. A total of 30 round robin games will be played before the four playoffs to be held at the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore.
