Royal Challengers Bangalore will kick-off their IPL 2023 campaign against the 5-time champions Mumbai Indians on April 2 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. RCB will be playing before a packed home crowd after 4 long years. We know how crazy RCB fanbase is and the match is surely going to be electrifying.
Overseas players availability isn’t a concern for RCB at the start of the season as many of their overseas picks are available right from the opening game. However, the same cannot be said for star Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga. The leggy will most probably be involved in the T20I series against New Zealand until April 8. There’s still a question mark over his availability in the first week of IPL 2023. We will have to wait until Sri Lanka name their T20I squad. Check out RCB Playing 11 below,
1. Faf du Plessis (C) 2. Finn Allen 3. Virat Kohli 4. Glenn Maxwell 5. Mahipal Lomror 6. Dinesh Karthik (wk) 7. Shahbaz Ahmed 8. Harshal Patel 9. Josh Hazlewood 10. Mohammad Siraj 11. Karn Sharma
