The Match 7 of IPL 2021 between Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals went down the wire with Rajasthan Royals winning in the last over. The South African all-rounder Chris Morris produced a brilliant knock under pressure to hit 36 off 18 balls and register the first win for the team. After the brilliant bowling display, the Rajasthan Royals tumbled in the power-play overs. Then, Miller and Tewatia came to the rescue and stitched an important partnership to reach as close to the score. Then, Unadkat who was named as the player of the match due to his bowling effort played a supporting role with Chris Morris at the end.

The Delhi Capitals will play their next IPL 2021 match against Punjab Kings on 18th April. The Punjab Kings have an explosive batting line-up in the presence of Gayle and Pooran. The DC team would have to be at their best to beat them at a ground like Wankhede. The Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has not been able to contribute enough in the last 2 league matches and can make way for his counterpart Steve Smith who has been a proven performer.
