#ENGvIND: Ishant Sharma picked up a crucial 5-for and Sam Curran hit a crucial 50. It's now down to Kohli and co again as India need 84 runs and England need 5 wickets to win the Test. Who will take a 1-0 lead in Birmingham? #AakashVani pic.twitter.com/3va0RG48v4— Aakash Chopra (@cricketaakash) August 4, 2018

Ishant Sharma’s fiery spells left cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar impressed on the third day of the first Test against England.
Th 29-year old went on to complete his 8th five-fer which included dismissals of Dawid Malan, Jonny Bairstow, Stokes, Buttler and Stuart Broad.
Sachin took to Twitter to express his nostalgia stating that Ishant’s spell brought back the memories of his 7-wicket haul at Lord’s in 2014.
“Fantastic effort by Ishant. Brought back memories from the game at Lord’s in 2014,” he wrote.
Ishant Sharma quickly replied to Sachin Tendulkar and said his words have motivated him to do even better in the tour.
Sharma’s lighting fast spells garnered praises from several cricket experts and cricketers including Harbhajan Singh.
Here’s How Twitter Reacted:
Ishant Sharma joins the elite list:
With his five-wicket haul at Edgbaston, Sharma became the seventh highest wicket-taker for Team India in Tests with 243 scalps to his name.
England got all-out for 180 in the second innings to give India a target of 194.
Dinesh Karthik is giving company to defiant Indian skipper as both are batting on 18 and 43 runs respectively.
As of now, the Test still hangs in balance with the first session being the key for both the sides.
