India suffered a big 36-run loss in the second warmup game against Western Australia in Perth. Opting to bowl, a decent performances by R Ashwin 3/32, Harshal Patel 2/27, and Arshdeep Singh 1/25 helped India restrict the opposition to a total of 168/8.

Chasing the target, India lost wickets in clusters and failed to get going. Only skipper KL Rahul scored 74 runs but he also struggled in the start as the visitors suffered a 36-run defeat in the second game.
