‘The Best’: Kohli lauds AB de Villiers; RCB fans are loving bromance

AB de Villiers one of the most loved cricketers in the planet has found his feet at the BBL this season. He had one good innings early on where he scored a 40 and then had a couple of off days where he managed only single-digit scores.

Class is permanent

We have all heard of the good old quote of – “Form is temporary class is permanent” haven’t we? That is exactly what the Mr.360 AB de Villiers showed us when he went about his business at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. De villiers scored a magnificent 71(37) to put up a match winning total for the Brisbane Heat against the Melbourne Stars. His innings, as usual, was composed of some delightful strokes all round the wicket and was studded with 6 sixes.

After the game, the ace cricketer went on to post a couple of pictures in his Instagram handle and obviously expressed his feeling of how delighted he was to play at the MCG with his wife watching on from the stands. Here’s his Instagram post

RCB fans excited!

With the ever dependent on the swashbuckling ABD getting among the runs, it was never a surprise to see RCB fans getting pumped up. The IPL edition is not far away and also with ABD donning the wicket keeping gloves, fans were pleased to come out with their own team composition mentioning de Villiers as their WK.

Many RCB fans commented on ABD’s post about the ever popular “Bromance” that exists between ABD and Virat and fans also took to Twitter to express their happiness. One of the highlight comment was when an RCB fan said that – Football fans cannot see Messi Ronaldo play in the same team but cricket fans can see Virat and ABD play together for RCB.
