In 2018. he picked 8 wickets in 4 matches, while featured in only 2 matches in 2020. He has featured in 8 T20 matches and scalped 9 wickets at an average of 23.33. He will be the fifth overseas option for Rajasthan Royals after Buttler, Miller, Morris, and Mustafizur Rahman.
The Rajasthan franchise has been average in this season. After playing exciting first two league matches, they have not been consistent in their batting performance. The batting department needs to play attacking cricket to post more runs on the board and give their bowlers a chance to defend the score. In this regard, players like Sanju Samson and Jos Buttler have to be consistent. The bowlers like Mustafizur Rahman and Chetan Sakariya have been impressive in the tournament, while Morris has been contributing in both departments. but they have been leaking a lot of runs.
