Who has had the biggest impact or can be referred to as the god of IPL.

The MI skipper is arguably one of the best players going in world cricket currently and has had a major impact in the Indian Premier League. Be it batting of his captaincy, Rohit Sharma has left no stone unturned in making sure that his name comes in every list related to the league.

The right-hander has been the prolific run-getters in the marquee tournament. Having played 213 matches in the league, Sharma is the third-highest run-scorer in IPL. The right-hander played for Deccan Chargers till 2010 but then was picked by Mumbai Indians in 2011.

In 2013, he was handed the captaincy of the franchise. He left a mark in the very first season as skipper as he led the team to title victory. Rohit Sharma is the most successful IPL skipper having led Mumbai Indians to title record five times.

With him being the heavyweight in batting along with his captaincy record, he rightfully deserves the title of god of IPL.
