Sets sight on Virat Kohli’s wicket

After playing in IPL, his rapid rise in cricket resulted in a World Cup call from England. Archer was definitely tickled pink by his selection for the World Cup, he has set his sights to take the prized wicket of Virat Kohli.

 

“I’d quite like to get Virat out, because I was not able to get him in the IPL because I think a leggie got him in every game he played. I also wanted to bowl at AB (de Villiers) as well, but don’t think he’s playing for South Africa.”

Credits IPL for helping in the preparation

Archer wants to improve and learn new skills which will help him be a better bowler. The England quick also talked about how he believes playing under pressure will brace him for the World Cup because the player starts feeling it form the primary of the game.

”Playing under pressure exposes potential and helps in preparation for future” says Archer, after his IPL pressure he is all set to score in world cup, he is happy with the amount of time he has spent in the IPL as it prepared him for his upcoming matches he believes his time and matches didn’t go waste.
