The second game of Bangladesh Tri-Series 2019 will see Afghanistan taking on Zimbabwe at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka on Saturday.
Afghanistan recently played a One-Off test against Bangladesh and they won the 5day game by a heavy margin of 224 runs. We hope Afghanistan would carry on with the same momentum in the Tri-Series and write a whole new history in their record list.
Afghanistan is currently on a winning streak of 10 matches in the T20I format. This is the 2nd longest winning streak for any team. Let me tell you, no other team has won 10 consecutive T20I matches in Men’s cricket.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe would first play against Bangladesh in this series today before squaring off against Afghanistan. We must not forget that Zimbabwe crushed down Bangladesh by 7 wickets in a T20 Practice match on Wednesday.
The match is set to begin at 6:00 PM IST.
