Saturday’s evening clash of TNPL 2019 will be played between table-toppers Chepauk Super Gillies and fourth-placed Madurai Panthers at NPR College Ground in Dindigul.
With 61 runs win over VB Kanchi Veerans in the previous encounter, Chepauk Super Gillies grabbed the top spot in the ladder making it fourth win on the trot. In five outings, Super Gillies have faced just one defeat, that too in the opening encounter against Dindigul Dragons.
Madurai Panthers, on the other hand, are sitting in the middle of the table with three wins and two defeats in five encounters. They have registered back to back wins against Ruby Trichy Warriors and Lyca Kovai Kings and will look to continue their winning streak against the Gillies.
The clash will begin at 07:15 PM IST.
