After securing 6 wickets win over Northamptonshire, Australia A looks all set for their next challenge- Derbyshire. Both the teams will lock horns t County Ground on Sunday noon.
The visitors chased down the 263 runs target set by Northamptonshire with 6 wickets in hand and 14 overs to spare, courtesy Matthew Wade’s 117 of 67 deliveries and Peter Handscomb’s 64 of 57 deliveries. Ashton Agar returned with three wickets and Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Marsh shared two wickets each.
Derbyshire, on the opposite, has released a 12-man strong squad. Billy Godleman will lead the side while Mark Watt, Anuj Dal and James Taylor have returned to the squad.
