Manchester, June 16, Sunday at 03:00 PM IST
The countdown for India vs Pakistan – one of the biggest rivalry in the cricketing world – is almost over. The much-awaited clash of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is scheduled to be played at Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday afternoon.
The Men In Blue will be looking to continue their good run in the tournament with an eye on maintaining the hundred per cent win record against the neighbours in World Cup. Barring the head to head clashes in ODIs- where Pakistan edges over India, team India has a 6-0 head-to-head record vs Pakistan in World Cups.
India has accumulated five points coming off two wins against South Africa and Australia and a washout against New Zealand in a total of three games played so far. Pakistan, on the contrary, is struggling in the tournament with just one win against England, two defeats and a washout in four games.
However, the biggest threat for the game is the weather forecast that suggests showers of rain in the noon which are certain to affect the play. While the chances of a full game are very low, let’s hope we get to watch at least a 20-overs per side game.
The clash is set to begin at 03:00 PM IST.

Old Trafford Pitch Report-
The weather forecast at Old Trafford suggests mostly cloudy skies with intermittent rain showers on match day. While the chances of having a full game are really bleak, all the eyes will be on Mohammad Amir and Jaspreet Bumrah to get the most out of the conditions.
