The bottom two sides of the APL T20 – Nangarhar Leopards and Kandahar Knights – are pitted against each other tonight at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
Nangarhar Leopards breathed a new life after a much-need victory against Kabul Zwanan on Friday (Oct 12). They would want to build on it and try for a similar in the last three games.
Kandahar are struggling at the halfway mark. With four losses in a row, they must flip it and bag four wins in the remaining fixtures for a chance to make the semi.
Struggling with a knee problem, Andre Russell has flown home and will not take part in APL T20 any further.
Sandeep Lamichhane has arrived and might feature tonight.
