• Babar Azam played a big hand in making sure that Karachi Kings qualify for the play-offs. He is leading run-scoring charts for the season with 345 runs at an impressive average of 49.29 till now. Now, Pakistan’s all-format captain, Babar Azam should be oozing with confidence after his 133 runs against Zimbabwe in a 3-match T20I series recently.
• Alex Hales has had a reasonable numbers so far in the season. With 239 runs from 5 innings, he is following his captain closely in limited matches. He is likely to bat at number 3 position again in the play-offs.
• Mohammad Amir has been exceptional in the powerplay overs for Karachi Kings. He is having ER of 5.77 runs per over in powerplay which is by far best in the competition. With 10 wickets in 9 matches, he would be eager to hit his lengths again.
