SCO vs UAE Dream11 Prediction: This fixture will mark the end of the Warm Up games for the teams in the Qualifier as they will start their fight for contention in the World Cup from 16th October, 2022. This shall be the last chance for teams to find the right combinations and move forward with a settled squad. Scotland had a great start to their Warm Up games as they beat Netherlands by 18 runs. They would now look to replicate the performances of 2021 T20 World Cup and qualify for the Group Stage. On the other hand, UAE have not been in the best of forms as they lost their opening Warm Up game to West Indies by 17 runs. They would want to better themselves and improve on their shortcomings.

So far, two Warm Up games have been played at the MCG.
Zimbabwe (155/5 in 20 overs) lost to Sri Lanka (188/5 in 20 overs) by 33 runs on 11 October, 2022.
Ireland(127 in 19.5 Overs) lost to Namibia (138/4 in 20 Overs) by 11 runs on 11 October,2022.
If we go by the recent Warm Up games the pitch is expected to be a touch slower than usual. Apart from pace and bounce, the slower bowlers have also turned out to be a bit handy so far. Thus, it will be interesting to see if the pitch behaves like a typical Aussie wicket offering some genuine pace and bounce or offers some assistance to the spinners as well. The par score is expected to be around 150-160.

The Scottish team have not played too many T20I since the last World Cup. They have been heavily involved in the 50 over format of the game. However, last year out of all odds they managed to book a spot for themselves in the Group Stage. Scotland have quite a few notable absentees in their squad, one of them is the highly rated batter Oliver Hairs. The Scots would heavily rely on their captain Berrington to score big runs.
Richard Berrington would have to lead from the front in order to help Scotland reach the Group Stage. Even last year he scored two fifties and got his team to the Group Stage. Thus, a lot lies on his shoulders.
The explosive batter has the ability of getting his team off to a flying start and help them reach big totals. His contribution with the bat shall hold the key for Scotland’s success in the Group Stage.
UAE do not really have much of a chance in the Qualifier Stage as they have not been on par with the other contenders for the Group Stage spot. In order to get a Group Stage berth they will have to play out of their skins.
