It’s been a long journey between Delhi Daredevils and VIVO Indian Premier League still there is something which is missing. Delhi knows it very well that how their victory is getting deflected. It’s been more than a decade, Delhi had never been in the race to the finals except struggling for their life in the tournament. It’s even more discouraging for the Delhiites to think about their team in the playoffs but this should not be the teams’ destiny.  So here are some players of Delhi Daredevils that might be released by the side in the next year from the squad to attain the utmost aim; IPL Trophy!

Jayant Yadav

Jayant Yadav comes from Delhi’s background but not at all the best suit for his side. He hadn’t got a successful season in IPL. Jayant has joined the team in 2014, season till now he has not been able to deliver his elegance. It’s time for DD to release him from the duty and focus on the youngsters as they have been the only savior for them. Jayant has played ten matches in which he picked up just four wickets so far in the IPL.

Naman Ojha

Naman Ojha once scored a double hundred against Australia while playing for India A in Australia but that was way back in 2016 till then he hasn’t scored much and got no successful year in IPL while being part of the tournament since 2009. So it’s time for DD to release him from his duty and take any other reserve wicket-keeper to take charge. He played a total of 113 IPL matches in which he scored 1554 runs at an average of 20.72.

Glenn Maxwell

Maxwell is no doubt a tremendous unorthodox hitter, but he is not looking comfortable in the squad. He didn’t meet the expectations which are equally disgraceful for him. It is better for DD to let him go and play with another team to bring him in color. Maxwell has taken 12 matches to score just 169 runs for the team which isn’t-expected from an inexpensive buy.
